I mostly have dental care in China and the United States, but my experience at Richter was definitely one of the best. I had teeth cleaning with Lela and her assistant, and both of them are extremely professional and considerate. The cleaning itself was thorough and smooth; Lela also gave some very helpful advice for my daily care after the cleaning that no doctors had told me before. Also, it’s completely fine to speak English at the clinic all the time, so this would be an ideal place for foreign visitors. Would definitely recommend to anyone who has dental problems in Tbilisi!

Todays visit was beyond my expectations! Typically I’m any dentist worst nightmare because starting from the needles ending with even just looking at my teeth, I’m scared of everything! Plus my teeth are hella sensitive and i have DEEP cavities so ofc they hurt. BUT TODAY! Omg im not even exaggerating! Dr. Nino did my work today and gosh she is a tooth fairy come to life! Her touch is EXTRA soft and even the needle didn’t hurt, the procedure didn’t hurt when usually im not even willing to open my mouth to dentists cuz of my prior experience. I was there for an hour and everything was so soft and smooth and relaxing i even felt like falling asleep. Ofc results are great as well! Basically to sum this up - im willing to sit in her chair till the end of times because this was the best doctors appointment in my LIFE. ❤️ thank you dr nino petriashvili!

Orthopedic dentist Nugzar was super patient and explained everything in a way that made sense. I’m really happy with the results of my treatment. I used to be pretty afraid of dentists, but that fear’s gone now. Surgeon Nika was great too. He made the whole thing way less stressful than I expected. Would definitely recommend!

I got many cavities done and extracted my wisdom teeth in this clinic and I was again pleasantly surprised by the professionalism and quality of dental and general service!

Nino is an amazingly diligent, attentive and professional therapist, while Nika is a surgeon that with his professional skills, patience and communication extracted my wisdom teeth with minimum discomfort that can be in such a complicated case and changed my terrible experience of teeth extractions that Ive had before.
Want to thank the managing and administrative team as well. They superbly manage everything from scheduling the appointment to creating a welcoming environment , which is a cherry on top missing in many medical clinics!

I live in Germany and decided to combine my Christmas holiday with dental treatment because I read very good reviews about this clinic. I was absolutely not mistaken in choosing the clinic. I had two amazing doctors, Dr. Lela Nemsadze, who did teeth cleaning and whitening, and a general practitioner, Dr. Nana Bigvava, who did the restoration of my front teeth. Cleaning and whitening by Dr. Nemsadze were carried out at the highest level, they talked in great detail about the stages of the procedure, asked about my condition, did everything very diligently and thoroughly, spent a lot of time and answered all questions, gave recommendations for dental care.
The dental restoration by Dr. Bigvava was amazing, a very beautiful, natural result, the doctor invested a lot of time, immediately understood what I wanted and I left the clinic very happy. Both doctors are very nice, polite and competent.

Special thanks to the female administrators who found numerous slots for me that suited me and found the best option in the case when I couldn’t come.

I really liked the clinic, doctors and staff.

This is the best clinic in the world! I was treated in Krasnoyarsk, I was treated in St. Petersburg, but this clinic treats the best. I worked with almost every doctor here, so I can say that now I know almost the entire team. Very kind and responsive staff, they are very caring towards you and try to make you as comfortable as possible. It is convenient that there is an online booking system, a very flexible schedule, which is really rare to find anywhere.
I would like to separately thank doctors Nana for the ideal restoration of the front teeth and their caring attitude. Doctor Nugzar for very detailed explanations and consultations. And doctor Nika for the complex removal of several teeth at once and a detailed explanation of the next steps after the operation.
I also had my teeth cleaned at this clinic, everything went great, they gave me several flavors of cleaning powder to choose from. The cleaning was done by Doctor Lela, and she is a great doctor who explained oral hygiene in great detail, clearly and positively, recommended the right hygiene products and how to use them.
Thank you for being there, even if I go somewhere, I will definitely come back to you!

I was so pleasantly surprised at the standard of dental care I received here yesterday. The hygienist, Lela, was so kind and concerned about my comfort as she performed a deep cleaning of my teeth and gums. She even had an assistant! Not common in Texas (where I am from). Lela also speaks English well enough for us to communicate accurately. My teeth feel so clean and new! 😁
I then saw the Dentist. He is a very kind man and well trained in exactly what I needed yesterday. I am having a new night guard made. He took great care in preparing the molds necessary to send to the lab that will make my new dental device. I return in one week to be fitted for the night guard.
I am so pleased with the level of care I received at Richter's Dental Clinic, and so grateful to have found this group. This will be my dental office for the duration of my living here in Tbilisi.

An excellent clinic with a modern renovation and friendly staff. They speak both Russian and English. Dr. Lela Nemsadze performed the cleaning very carefully and gently, explaining each step and checking on how I was feeling. She provided detailed and professional advice about mistakes in oral hygiene. They showed me which teeth needed treatment but didn’t try to upsell their services. My overall impression of the clinic is very positive.

Came with sharp pain. Was accepted for emergency appointment with Nana Bigvava. Doctor explained in detail why i had it, removed the source and already after 30 minutes i was painless. Highly recommend.
In clinic service was great. They have doctors that can speak English as well as Russian.

I highly recommend this clinic. I have done several procedures there including wisdom tooth extraction and caries treatment, and I can say that they have an excellent service. All doctors are highly professional. The staff speaks both English and Russian. I was taken a very good care of. It’s a bit expensive but totally worth it.

I had my mom get extensive dental work at this clinic including teeth removal, fillings, crowns as well as her dentures made. All folks at this clinic are fantastic professionals - the reception staff, the administrator, and the doctors. Dr. Nugzar was extremely attentive to our needs given my mom's age and time constraints we had and we are very happy with the end result. The wonderful orthopedic doctor Nukhzar made two crowns. Nukhzar worked carefully and painstakingly. One tooth had a pin inserted by a wonderful therapist, Nana.

I can’t say enough about Dr. Teona Kelaptrishvili and her amazing team! I went to two other dentists who told me a root canal was inevitable, but Dr. Teona proved them wrong and saved my tooth – like a dental superhero! She not only fixed that tooth but took care of all my others too. Professional, gentle, and truly caring, she made me feel safe (which is saying a lot, because I really don't love going to the dentist). Her assistant Nana was fantastic as well, making the whole experience even better. If you need a dentist, look no further – you’ll be in the best hands!

Am only halfway through my treatment but so far so good 😊 am happy for what they have done, 👍 my Dentis is a very understanding person as I am absolutely nervous of any kind of injections plus had a very terrible experience with a dental over 30 years ago but it seems like yesterday, however the Dentist treating me is very good and am on my 3rd visit without having to much anxiety like I had on my first visit 2 weeks ago.
Also the young lady who is front of house/reception/Translator is really lovely.
Am back in there on Saturday 🙏
Update, on my current visit to Richters clinic, am nearly done in my first treatment and I am quite pleased so far,the care and service is very good and I hope to continue my recovery going forward with them, while I am not a medical tourist I would certainly say to anyone that if you need dental treatment then please include them in your reaching exercises as they would be a genuine benefit for you any treatment.
Part 3.
My on going treatment in the clinic is just that and am quite pleased with the progress of my treatment and recovery as I am of a senior age and my healing is taken it’s time which is very understandable my Dentist is very good in the manner of how they approach my situation as I am the worst patient for them, I am returning on Friday. Based on my current experience if you’re thinking about attending this clinic and have any doubts please don’t hesitate to contact them even say hi to them on my behalf, am sure you will be well taken care of.
PART 4.
Attended Friday meet with both my dentist and surgeon for an update on my condition and progress all I can say about my recovery is that they have been extremely helpful and very supportive understanding of me, one great thing about this clinic is that because of my advanced years they have taken great care of me and managed my expectations as my healing is very slow due to obviously my age and in fairness they told me this so at this point I would have to say the clinic is excellent and from front desk to the dentist chair is excellent but the after care is very important and they have excelled in this area if you’re thinking about going here think no further and when you’re there tell them you read my recommendation best of luck to everyone.

Great clinic! The staff is very pleasant, everyone is friendly towards you, and the wonderful design of the clinic only adds to the mood.

Here I had two eighths of a tooth removed in one session, and I went to see maxillofacial surgeon Nika Badzagua. He is a wonderful doctor, very attentive, tried to carry out the procedure as painlessly as possible and he succeeded. I spent almost the entire procedure relaxed. I was very worried about the difficult rehabilitation, since I had bad experiences with this both previous times and completely lost my life for two weeks, but this time everything was as usual, life went on as usual and without terrible pain!

I highly recommend the doctor and the blade!

I had such a wonderful experience at this clinic! The staff was very friendly, helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. I had to get my wisdom tooth out and had been afraid to do so in the US because the dentist had scared me about the procedure because of my root placement. The dentist eased all my worries and performed the procedure confidently and perfectly. I healed well and felt taken care of. They even had me come in for a complimentary follow-up to make sure everything was healing well (not something I would have been offered in the US).

Follow Up - September 25, 2024…had periodontist Lela Nemsadze do a deep cleaning today. I was dreading it to some degree. Years ago I had a deep cleaning and the dentist must have used a fire hose to do the job. It was painful and my gums hurt for 2/3 weeks….same with my wife. Up until today, I had them cleaned the old way using a scraper. Needless to say, Lela did a fantastic job…no pain or discomfort at all with the pressure cleaner. Very thorough cleaning. I’m very glad that I found this clinic!

They successfully fixed my severe tooth decay and saved the tooth without needing to remove the nerve and cured the process in poorly sealed canals in other tooth. The procedure was done with great care and precision.

The staff at the clinic is friendly and can communicate in Georgian, Russian, and English. I want to give a special shout-out to Nino Petriashvili for her hard work and attention to detail, I really appreciate it ❤️

It’s very convenient to make an appointment - you receive sms notifications in advance before your visit. You can pay by card, this is also important. Sometimes Georgian dental clinics don't accept cards.

Wonderful interior, nice music. The whole treatment process from waiting to the end is quite pleasant.

I did here my dental cleaning, the environment is very friendly and the doctors are nice!
My procedure was with Dr. Lela who made sure to explain well every step of the procedure and gave further recommendations for maintaining the teeth clean.
The whole procedure lasted approximately 1h and it didn’t hurt at all.
I recommend this place to take care of your teeth!

I'd like to share my recent experience with Richter's Dental Clinic where I recently received multiple dental implants.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire pre-procedure process which was easy and efficient.

The actual procedure was more comfortable than I expected and the results were fantastic. I was able to eat and drink normally within a short period after the procedure and returning home.

The implants and crowns look and feel just like my natural teeth. I’m very happy with the results and I would highly recommend Richter's Dental Clinic to anyone seeking high-quality professional dental care services in Tbilisi.

In addition the clinic is clean and modern and I found the staff to be knowledgeable and professional.
