I had a great experience getting my cavity treated at this dental clinic. The staff was friendly and professional, and the dentist explained every step of the procedure clearly. The treatment was quick, painless, and very comfortable. The clinic is clean and modern, and I felt well taken care of from start to finish.
Special thanks to the dentist Nana Bigvava and assistant Nana Nozadze for their excellent care and professionalism. Highly recommend for anyone needing quality dental care!

Great experience overall. The staff was friendly and efficient, and everything ran smoothly from start to finish. The clinic felt clean and well organized, and the dentist took time to explain things clearly. I felt comfortable and well looked after, would definitely recommend.

I had an appointment with Doctor - LELA NEMSADZE. She was very informative and professional. I do not think my teeth have ever been this clean. I would definitely recommend anyone to go to her. Her english is really and good and her advice for aftercare for my teeth was amazing and she told me things my previous dentist has never told me. Also the reception staff at Richter Clinic are very friendly and there english is really good.

The ambience of the clinic was fabulous. We loved their hospitality. Infrastructure is too good . I met Miss Makuna. She has a hospitable nature . She made me feel very comfortable during the hours when my friend were undergoing the procedure . You should visit there at once .

It was a great opportunity to find this clinic!!! I’ve found it on social media by ads and tried to connect them about the orthodontics I needed, and I was the luckiest to talk to administrator Makuna, she is the sweetest souls in the clinic. She explained everything in details with patience and understanding, quick responses, welcoming tone, clearest answers, also what surprised me, she talks perfect Spanish, even if I knew from ads she talks five languages, I was surprised by her intelligence.
Her fastest correspondence with Dr Valerian who’s the orthodontist amazed me!!! They immediately explained me every detail I needed to know.
Face to face consultation with them was the other level of perfect!!! Dr Valerian is such a good person and a professional I haven’t met in any other countries, he speaks perfect English also and his patience while explaining the smallest details is truly impressive!!!

This is such a unique experience—a dental clinic that is so welcoming and supportive, that it felt like going to the spa each time I visited. It’s very rare to feel CALM while at the dentist! The aesthetics of the clinic are soothing, while the receptionists are so helpful and kind-hearted.
In terms of the procedures, Dr Nugzar, Dr Nana and Dr Valerian are all so skilled, friendly and competent. They gave me all the information and procedures that I needed.
Dr Nugzar restored my confidence with a crown, and now my smile feels complete yet again! This place was worth every lari. ✨✨

I’m from Australia, and my closest friend Makuna is working in Richter’s clinic (Georgia) as an administrator.
All my life, I’ve had overbite problems, and Makuna recommended that I visit this clinic in Georgia, which offered Dr. Valerian and said that I couldn’t find better orthodontist than him in the whole world. (and she was more than right).
Above I mentioned that she’s my closest friend so I knew she would recommend me the best, but the communication with dr. Valerian was beyond than best. My expectations went much more than best! The brief conversation on the phone call was perfect, he explained everything in details and he earned the respect and biggest trust from my side. I imagine how perfectly procedures will be done if I’m amazed such way just by phone interaction. Definitely planning to Visit Georgia nearly in a month, to visit dr. Valerian and start treatments with him.
In conclusion, huge thanks to Makuna and Dr Valerian. Can’t wait to be there! ❤️
