I visited the clinic today for a wisdom tooth consultation. Everything went smoothly — they explained the situation clearly and showed me the X-ray, without any pressure or unnecessary procedures. The staff was polite and attentive. Overall, a very good impression. I’ll come back here for the extraction.
I had a great experience at this clinic! Dr. Nana is incredibly kind, attentive, and gentle — she really takes the time to make sure you’re comfortable. She replaced one of my old fillings quickly and completely pain-free. Everything was smooth and professional, and I’m very satisfied with the result. I’ll definitely be coming back for future visits!

My wife and I came in with tooth problems, thinking it was just a filling, but it turned out that we needed root canal treatment. Everything was done quickly and with great quality. Richters Clinic is one of the most modern and professional clinics I’ve seen in Tbilisi. The place is super clean, organized, and feels high-end the moment you walk in. They speak several languages, which makes communication really easy and comfortable. Sophie is especially kind and welcoming, she explains everything clearly and makes you feel at ease right away. Overall, amazing experience and definitely a clinic I trust and recommend.
I’ve been visiting this clinic for about two years. During that time, I had two professional Air Flow cleanings done by Dr. Lela Nemsadze — everything was great, very professional and thorough.
I especially want to highlight the work of Dr. Nana Bigvava, the therapist who saved my sixth tooth from extraction. Several other clinics told me it had to be removed due to inflammation under the tooth, which would have required a long and expensive surgery. Nana suggested retreating the canals instead, and she managed to save the tooth. The inflammation stopped, the tissue started healing, and a year later the tooth is still in place. Thanks to her, I avoided unnecessary surgery and saved a significant amount of money.
During this time, I also had several cavities treated and three chipped teeth restored. The work was done with great attention to detail — the restorations look completely natural.
I also want to mention the administrative staff — always polite, helpful, and customer-oriented. They speak Georgian, Russian, and English, which is very convenient for foreigners.
A small suggestion:
It would be great if the pricing were a bit more transparent. Currently, after the visit, the receptionist simply tells you the total amount without a breakdown. I’d prefer to receive a printed receipt showing the cost of each service separately (for example: anesthesia – 100, consultation – 200, treatment – 300, etc.). This would make it easier to understand the pricing and plan future expenses.
Overall, this clinic is trustworthy, the doctors are skilled, and the approach to patients is attentive and professional. I definitely recommend it.

I had doctor Nana as my dentist. She was just amazing. The treatment was really quick and not painful at all. She has treated cavities and made tooth filling for three of my teeth. Also, receptionists were very friendly and efficient. I highly highly recommend the clinic and doctor Nana!

I had an excellent experience at Ritcher’s clinic. The staff are really nice and welcoming. The clinic is very clean and modern which made me comfortable right away. Dr.MARIAM BEDJUASHVILI explained everything clearly and answered my questions and made the treatment completely stress free , i am very happy with my treatment and i am definitely trusting them with my dental care .

I mostly have dental care in China and the United States, but my experience at Richter was definitely one of the best. I had teeth cleaning with Lela and her assistant, and both of them are extremely professional and considerate. The cleaning itself was thorough and smooth; Lela also gave some very helpful advice for my daily care after the cleaning that no doctors had told me before. Also, it’s completely fine to speak English at the clinic all the time, so this would be an ideal place for foreign visitors. Would definitely recommend to anyone who has dental problems in Tbilisi!
Todays visit was beyond my expectations! Typically I’m any dentist worst nightmare because starting from the needles ending with even just looking at my teeth, I’m scared of everything! Plus my teeth are hella sensitive and i have DEEP cavities so ofc they hurt. BUT TODAY! Omg im not even exaggerating! Dr. Nino did my work today and gosh she is a tooth fairy come to life! Her touch is EXTRA soft and even the needle didn’t hurt, the procedure didn’t hurt when usually im not even willing to open my mouth to dentists cuz of my prior experience. I was there for an hour and everything was so soft and smooth and relaxing i even felt like falling asleep. Ofc results are great as well! Basically to sum this up - im willing to sit in her chair till the end of times because this was the best doctors appointment in my LIFE. ❤️ thank you dr nino petriashvili!
