I highly recommend this clinic. I have done several procedures there including wisdom tooth extraction and caries treatment, and I can say that they have an excellent service. All doctors are highly professional. The staff speaks both English and Russian. I was taken a very good care of. It’s a bit expensive but totally worth it.
I had a teeth cleaning for $120 / 350 GEL (the price is indeed like in the States and EC). They did a good job, but during the cleaning with the powder, they put a plastic bag directly over my head and made holes for my nostrils. It was hard to breathe like that. In previous cleanings, I was given goggles and a bib. They counted 6 cavities that need treatment, but I only noticed 2 myself. Despite the good service and the doctor's carefulness, I left in a bad mood.
I had my mom get extensive dental work at this clinic including teeth removal, fillings, crowns as well as her dentures made. All folks at this clinic are fantastic professionals - the reception staff, the administrator, and the doctors. Dr. Nugzar was extremely attentive to our needs given my mom's age and time constraints we had and we are very happy with the end result. I personally have been to many different clinics in Tbilisi but Richters is in a league of its own. I highly recommend this clinic for all types of dental and ortho work. Thank you very much!
I visited a clinic near my home to replace a lost filling. Overall impressions from the service were good, the service was at a high level. However, before starting the procedures, you are required to sign an agreement, which states that during the examination, if the doctor decides, additional services can be added. They said over the phone that the whole procedure would cost up to 300 GEL, but in fact the bill turned out to be three times more expensive. I would like more transparency in pricing.
I would like to thank the clinic and especially the orthopedic doctor Nugzar, he saved my situation when another clinic really let me down, they did a great job in making and installing crowns in the shortest possible time. The doctors are professional, a modern clinic with good equipment.

Really great deep clean , beautiful results but high price and not transparent or easily accessible to understand. Prices comparable to USA/EU perhaps even higher.
