Wearing the aligners
Each aligner is worn 20 to 22 hours a day and changed roughly every one to two weeks. They come out for eating and for brushing, which makes hygiene considerably easier than with fixed braces. Progress is checked at intervals we agree around your schedule.
Retention
When the teeth are in their final position you move on to a retainer. This is not optional — it is what prevents the teeth drifting back, and it is included in every plan we make.
